Camping

Does anyone know the monthly rate at La Jolla in La Bufadora? Or any other place on the Pacific ocean with monthly rate. I don't need hook-ups (VW Van), but would need a place with a shower. Thanks for your help. Fred

Fred,

Give the office a call for up to date rates. It is a little more if you want electricity, and if that's the case, you'll need a heavy duty extension cord. Also if you happen to have a shovel you can dig your own hotspring on the beach at low tide.

Campo La Jolla is in Punta Banda, on the way to La Buf.

Thanks Paulina. I have camped there before but only by the day or week. I plan to come down mid May and stay for 4 months somewhere on the Pacific Ocean. I don't need any hook-ups, but a shower would be nice. Can you think of anywhere else? I am just a single guy on a budget. Would rather play a little than pay alot for a camp site.

Reminds me of "the good old days" when we would go on surf trips in vw vans in the late 60's......is yours one of the newer camper vans?

Some good areas to consider are on the way to the Bufadora. Also, there are shower facilities at the Bufadora. Bacquito

There'd a decent fish taco stand about 1/2 mile after you make the turn off from MX1 to La Bufadora. It's on the right side and is blue in color.

Just do it!

Danny's in Cantu, one mile east, has OK tacos. The better stands are in Maneadero.
