After more than 2 hrs of Mr. Hockeypuck peeing on our heads and telling us it was raining, there was still no clue as to where the damn thing will cross the valley. And that is really all Yumans care about. UP's rose-colored projections of economic benefit were so much blather. It did not smell like candy and none of us were eating it.:mad:

Well, if the newpaper account can be believed, I really cant blame UP for being unclear about a route. It appears that Mexican bureaucratic delays on outlining the bid process is to blame.
