at the urging of DK i sent the info to geneATmexfishdotcom and he told me if WON had the layout space the may run the fotos. now i gotta go buy a few copies!!!!

BTW,

we just made another sopa de marisco, peruana style this past weekend and used the last fillet from one of the croakers. it was delish......
