Thank you very much for this list; we really appreciate it.
However, one thing that we have found is that things can change quickly. I know I jump on my soap box when this subject comes up, but PLEASE people
listen to the owners of these places.
The biggest thing that will change a dog friendly policy in Mexico is dog hair in the bed. As we have said many times before, we travel with flannel
sheets and cover all beds. Also, a hair removal brush is handy to have. When our springer shakes, hair just flies everywhere. Oh, we also travel
with Fabreeze and use it.
Can't tell you how many times we hear owners say that gringos promise that there will be no dog hair in the bed and don't keep that promise. Please
don't spoil it for other dog owners.

Well, maybe for dogs...only. 
BTW, I understand that the Newport Beach only accepts small dogs and charges a hefty, nonrefundable deposit.

Sirena who is the receptionist at the new and lovely Hotel Los Caracoles in Guerrero Negro says....if you ask they will say no pets but they always
accept the pets once they are there....they just ask that they don't doo doo in the rooms nor sleep on the beds so you can add this one to the list.
And all ;our accomidations here in Bahia Asuncion are pet friendly as well. We will have 2 new units at the B&B by summer...separate units with
full bathrooms and your own balcony overlooking the ocean.

Thank you Hose A for the posting. We will only stay in dog friendly hotels in Mexico and in the US. Our dog sleeps in a crate (dog portable house)
in the room and never in the bed. We want the folks who accept our pets to continue to do so. And, don't mind paying a small deposit for the
privilege.
Don Gus in Guerrero Negro no longer allows pets. Don Vicente does. (Shari...we always ask before staying in a place and if we are told "no pets",
then that's it. Prefer to go elsewhere.)
Can attest to Hacienda de la Paz (formerly Posada de Englebert) in La Paz. Very dog friendly, nice folks. Gets a good bunch of cruisers who have
small dogs when boats are in the boatyard. Seems to be getting more and more patrons. Note: Posada Luna Sol in La Paz USED to be dog friendly, but
is absolutely not now. Don't even try.

Sure agree with you about asking. I think it is really disrepectful not to ask and is one the things that makes it more difficult for other dog
owners.
Last trip, Don Vicente almost did not let us in----too many people promise no dog hair in the bed and then don't respect the request. We insisted
that we wanted him to look in the morning. It does help to cover the beds with flannel sheets because when our big dog shakes, hair flies.
It is sad when dogs are allowed and people ruin it by being irresponsible and disrespectful.

In Todos Santos there is also Casa Sofia. Fellow Nomad wrk has a lovely casita and fabulous fenced yard.
Remember, when in Mexico, yes may be no and no may be
maybe!
