Tijuna airport parking

My friends and I are flying to La Paz next month out of Tijuana. I live in San Diego so I'm thinking the easiest thing is to drive across and leave my car at the TJ aiport (one week). Is this a good idea? Has anyone had problems leaving their car there? The other options are trolley to border, or park at one of the border lots.

Also - I have my FM3 so no problem for me. Can they get their FMTs at the TJ airport?

Dana

Flying Volaris?

If so, your problem's solved.

Take the trolly to the bus station and take the Volaris bus to TJ's airport.

Second choice would be trolly to SY or a friendly ride to Otay. Walk across and take a cab to the airport.

I wouldn't leave my car at the TJ airport. It might be there when you get back, or it might not.

Don't know about the visa situation. If your friends buy their tickets in the U.S. don't they come with a tourist visa or doesn't the airline issue them at check-in?
