Their office is SUPPOSED to be in the Villa Marina (tallest orange building between Lopez Mateo and Costero), in the lobby. Mind you, it's been a while, but when we were last there, there was a sign on the desk that said to go the hotel phone and dial an extension; that in turn went to their office in Rosarito. They were doing their build-up in Rosarito so all the staff went there. Their website does not look at be active any longer.

Gracias, BB! Had noticed the inactive website, but will call the Rosarito #. Otherwise sounds like Starband or Hughes may still be the best bet these days.

Check out this web site. We used these guys several times in Punta Banda. The service was outstanding, and reasonably priced.
