Is Los Jardines open now?
I read somewhere that Los Jardines in San Quintin had been closed for remodeling.
Anyone know if they're open now?

Jardines closed up and deserted looking on July 6th. Rode right up to it on our quads. Old Pier didn't look too good either (right next door to the
south), restaraunt closed, unkept look but open for business.
Haven't had a bad trip yet....

Jardines is now a hotel. The word is, a NICE hotel. They are working on the building to house the new restaurant.

I, too had heard Jardines was being converted into a hotel. Last time we talked to Guillermo and Carmen (04/2006) they were talking about making some
major changes.
Also, we had heard that the Old Pier was sold to a private party for personal use. Carlos was the owner and a really nice person. His father
owns/owned the funeria in San Quintin.

Pops,
One of each in S.Q. I'm not sure which BajaWarrior was talking about. I haven't heard of any changes (recently) re: the Old Mill.
We stopped to have the Lobster Bloody Mary's at the Old Pier, December 06 or April 07 (can't remember which) and were informed that it was sold to an
individual for private use and not open for business any more.
