I'm going to go with my wife when she votes for Osuna. I'll take along my camera. She votes at a church in the city and hopefully I'll be able to get in to see how it is done.

I imagine the steeping boils off some of the alcohol. Perhaps boiled dicks on the side would be better, wrapped in bacon of course.

None of this is news. What bothers me is, the people of Tijuana voted him into office knowing these facts and allegations.
That was at a time when Donna Frey was close to being installed as mayor of San Diego.
I shuddered at the thought that a bag-lady and a mover of drugs through the border could sit together and discuss the welfare of our cross-border region. I wonder if they would have done that at Jorges house or in Donnas dumpster.

I didn't know who Donna Frye is so I googled her. She seemed pretty cool, and it sounds like she lost the election on a technicality. She is educated, a successful business owner, and holds (held?) a seat on the city council. So why is she a bag lady?

City employees of Playas de Rosarito are being threatened by the current PAN leaders that if they don't vote for Nacho for mayor, they will be fired.

To prove that they voted for Nacho, they are being told to being in a photo on Monday of their ballot from the polling place this weekend.

Maybe you could make a few bucks taking pictures for all the other threatened employees?

If you had seen her when she first came on the political scene, you would understand my statement. Her looks now are a great improvement from the days of defered dental maintenance and grooming . She was a beach rat, elected on a clean water platform. A shaggy dog favorite. Doesn't make her a bad lady, just hard to look at and my mental image of her sitting down with important international leaders is mind boggling.

God forbid San Diego should elect as mayor a woman who successfully runs a small business and gets elected to the city council when there's an overly abundant supply of the totally corrupt male politicians of the kind who have driven that city into near or actual bankruptcy. I mean it's no contest, right? Can't recall their names but I have recollections of at least three former mayors and councilmen who have been caught with both hands and at least one foot in the till, and that's not to mention the scumbag congressman who's currently doing eight years in a federal pen. A mere female who is apparently an honest person doesn't stand a chance stacked up against talent like that. :fire:

Old hippy, Woody, and Dennis

You sure made me wish I hadn't asked the question! Any comment from you guys on Hank's appearance?

Bajajazz

I had pretty much the same impression from what I read about her. Seems like an honest person trying to be effective at doing what city government should do.
