Team CABO MAGIC Wins!
Hi Nomads -- we wanted to share with you all that Tommy personally participated in the 2007 Bisbees East Cape Offshore Tournament and fished aboard
our flagship 35' Bertram Sportfisher "CABO MAGIC" and won $$ for day three Dorado .. We are all quite excited and very proud .. We have photos posted
on our VIP Client Photos page and hope to get more up soon.
We update our Daily Catch Report on our site daily. We hope you visit our site to see whats happening with VIP guests that have selected us as their
charter choice in Cabo San Lucas.
We extend hearty congratulations to winners and all participants in the event and were happy to be in the money this time!
This boat is currently available for the Bisbees Black & Blue event in October.
She is already chartered for the Los Cabos Billfish Event, the Bisbees Los Cabos Offshore and the Western Outdoor News Tournament.

Just curious, are the Bisbee tournaments catch and release?

backninedan: the Bisbee money tournaments are all about the biggest of each species of each day of the event .. & all events have different
divisions .. way too confusing for me to understand let alone explain. However, there are minimum weights for billfish and any team that brings in
a fish under weight is penalized significantly for it. Thats why Tommy released a blue on day two - they were not sure and let it go.
In recreational fishing the pressure is off, the fun is on, and its not my fault if the big one does not get caught by guests .. Nevertheless being
in the biz where we r brings the responsbility of tournament charters and participation...
I wont engage in banter about the pros and or cons .. During non tournament fishing we encourage the release of all billfish and non eating fish as we
call them and urge respect for limits ... this is not Hawaii where all fish belong to the boat and the captain says what happens with all fish caught
.. We do our best to educate our clients yet I know not everyone reads the numerous supporting info filled emails I send to every confirmed guest.
The majority of our guests do show respect tho .. with an occassional _____ ...
Peace y'all .. happy days & nights .. LG
