1st Anniversary of Hurricane John

I can't believe it's been almost a year. I was never down there. But I had a dear friend down there when it hit. Winnie R. is doing good. As some are aware. With the anniversary coming up that means it's been a year since Peter Clarke passed away.

For those that knew him. You are welcome to log into the guestbook. As his family does read it.

John was a "beach walker" and there aren't many of those. You can see the odds of getting a direct hit on the end of the peninsula are pretty slim (by the 50 year track map below) but my wife and I can still hear that awful screaming locomotive coming right into our house.
