Where to watch football in La Paz?
Futbol americano, I mean. In Ingles. Maybe someplace with cold beers. A cute bartenderess would be a plus, but I know when to stop dreaming!

Maybe Club Marlin. I'll go over and check. I've never been in the place, so it will be a new experience.
Football is my only TV vice, so I hate to miss many games.

Used to watch quite a few games in the " Pelicanos Bar" in the Los Arcos. Had a section of the room set aside for gringos with the football
affliction. Maybe still there.

WOW, you gotta be hardcore to be watching pre-season games.
I cant watch football until the leaves start turning and the nights get colder........some kind of leftover from high school and college days.

Well Hook, it's the only sport I follow, so I try to stretch the season, but I completely agree that it doesn't seem like football season when it is
100 degrees outside.
Thanks, Legs, their schedule is problematic. I did find the Caliente sports book place in town---they get everything sports, in English, on
dozens of TV's, but the atmosphere is deadly serious betting--not much of a fun place for my taste. Still, it does have beer and lots of screens.
Los Arcos has the local cable, but watching football in Espanol takes a lot of the interest out of the experience for me. I'm picky, I know.

When the Santa Ana's start blowing it's time for a participation sport, like maybe surfing. I gave up football in High School when I realized I could
go surfing and do what I want without anyone telling me what to do, I havn't watched football, baseball, or and of those other organized chase the
ball type sports since, I am free. But I do like to have a beer where there is a cute bartenderess.

You can watch most sports including football at Caliente, not sure on the spelling. Its the betting place, you don't have to bet, beer is cold and the
staff is nice. Bet $10.00 bucks on the game just for the heck of it. Its on the malecon towards the ferry and beaches. easy walk.
