I know this house. It has a fantastic layout Great patio and waterfront. Also some of the best neighbors you could find. For fliers it's perfect. Right off the taxi way but not too close to the airstrip to be noisy. Also close to the boat ramp, restaurant, hotel. If you've ever thought of settling down in Punta Chivato you really should check this home out. And no, I wasn't bribed to say this.

Sculpin, shame on you! More than bad taste. Folks there have had their problems lately and you show no concern for that. Shame on you!

capt. mike , Just talked to Lou & Dee Razo I wish I had a few pictures to share here but maybe soon. They had no storm damage. The surf move their beach around some and stopped at a short wall in front. They are asking $525,000. For much more info you can reach them at: Deejasso@aol.com

I am sorry to have upset you, Los Frailes, but I have found that a sense of humor, even a black one, has helped me through very trying times. If you have lost the ability to laugh, you have lost everything....and this from a curmudgeon!

so next time oct i'll stop by Russ.

I had dinner with Lou & Dee the other night. It has been awhile since I had been to their home and they have really made some great improvements. It's all painted up and they were able to add more land in back and another garage. Lots of great landscaping too. I didn't realize how large their lot is. The front yard (water side) is huge. They are quite happy there and really aren't in a hurry to sale. Even this time of year they are comfortable with a new A/C unit. No, they didn't ask me to bump this. But since I'm here .... I still have a huge lot for sale 47m x 75m:biggrin:
