I think what Woody means is if you have a surfboard, stay away
However, if you just want to do some off roading... take a look at the Baja Nomad 'Baja Trip Reports' forum... where I posted many photos and a road
log of a road that happens to parallel the Pacific coast... used sometimes in Baja 1000 races.
I also have a new web page for that trip with an overview map of my route and the road log: http://community-2.webtv.net/boojum2/707

Tough road.
Be prepared to get stuck in the dunes, you will.
I don't advise it, especially if you go solo.
Truth generally lies in the coordination of antagonistic opinions

If I'm reading this correctly he wants to head north out of Guerrero Negro?
Good luck and what for I say. Heading north out of Santa Rosalillita would be smarter. If he wants to explore let him explore, dont have to give him
all the details but lets not let him drive into a hell trip stuck out on the salt pond roads somewhere.

there comes a place in every man's life (or on every road) where you gotta say, "hmmmm, how much FUN do i wanna have?"
