Tourist Visa info

Friday night we drove down to Medio Camino for dinner with friends. We took the oppurtunity to get updated tourist visas for upcoming trip down south. As in the past it was VERY easy process, took us 10 minutes.

There is a sign on the wall that states that to get a visa you MUST have the following:

A current passport,
or
An original birth certificate AND a valid drivers license with photo.

We told the officer that we were going to be down for 3-4 months and he stamped our visas and gave us 180 days. We paid the $21.00 each and were on our way.

Chef Johnny at Medio Camino prepared a great meal for 6 of us. Two had lobster and the rest had filet mignon.
The meat was cooked to perfection and we had one each with chipolte, peppercorn, mushroom and ceasar sauces. Service was excellent and all had a wonderful time.
Our friends stayed down and we came back north, hit the border at 11:00 PM, the main lanes had what looked like a 10-15 minute wait.

:)
