Just as a reminder, there will be no banks, schools and some of not all government offices will be closed tomorrow november 02 in obsaervance of "Dia de Muertos".

Don't really understand what you are trying to express here but the correct way is Dia de Muertos, same as an altar de muertos not altar de los muertos;

Now if we were to get into really analizing what the meaning of the day is and what the rituals are for this purely mexican and central american celebration it should be "Dia de Todos los Muertos" as it is the day before dia de Todos los Santos and even the day before is "All" hallows eve.
All in all I guess you can call it whatever you'd like, similar to Baja, BOLA, T J and others.
