fish, whales, seals & rocks
OK, I guess I catch too many of these:
We saw a "pod" of at least a hundred pilot whales
Paula took this shot of a seal:
...and this one of the island:
Here's another...
dinner:
But we went to the wrong spot, the bite was better farther north. Next time...
one more...

Really awesome pics! How did those rocks get so blue? imho, The pics of the rocks/island seem kind of erotic, but it may be the moon, weather,......
Happiness is just a Baja memory away...

Must be the moon, Sally - 'cause I'm really liking those rocks.
Very nice pictures Don and Paula.
I love the shape of the pilot whales. Must have been sheer delight to see such a large pod.

Great photos. Shows how beautiful it is out there.

Igor,
I love your photos!!!
Do Needlefish taste like Barracuda? I've always thrown the Needlefish back (after cursing them out).
P<*)))><
edit: Had to add a compliment after seeing that parrot fish impersonation!

They are good but we never keep them either. That was someone else's. It was so large I decided to shoot it to show how big they get.

That is a HUGE needlefish!
I was about to ask if Alex was smaller than I thought he might be!

He was 7 when that picture was taken at the La Ventana campground. I've seen bigger ones at Pt. Arena, south of us but could not get them to take our
lures.
Alex is sitting next to me and won't let me post any more 'good' ones. Not at his expense, anyhow. I'll wait til later, heh, heh.
