El Centenario home great for single person

There is a great little house for sale in El Centenario. One bed, one bath, completely renovated and comes with all of the furniture, dishes, etc. Ideal for a part timer or single. It is in a friendly Mex neighbourhood where people watch out for each other. The owner needs to move back to the US. Pictures at www.vistabaja.com under Homes-El Centenario-Steve's Place

El Centenario is about 16 km north of La Paz. Small town, but they just paved about two blocks of the main street! The house was originally a very small place with low doors and hardly any windows. The owner redid everything really nicely, double windows, custom kitchen etc., but now needs to move north.
