HughesNet Slowdowns?

We've received a number of reports lately about slower performance than usual over the last three weeks with a number of HughesNet Satellite Internet systems.

We think we may have isolated part of the problem to a particular channel on one satellite where many HughesNet systems were assigned. I would be interested in hearing from others who might be having the same problem so we might confirm the cause.

In your browser, go to http://192.168.0.1 to access your HughesNet modem information panel and click on the "System Information" tab on the upper right. Copy and paste all the information you see there. If you prefer you can send it by e mail or PM me.

Also, here is a page of information that might help answer some questions about HughesNet systems, and provide some tips on how to improve your speed: http://www.bajasatellite.com/hughesnet-satellite-internet-sy... - Alan, Baja Satellite, alan (-at-) bajasatellite.com (replace the (-at-) with an @)
