yes, ensenada. chapultepec hills is arguably the nicest part of ensenada. ferna de tijuana is offering to take nomads on a quickie tour there on
sunday, on the way to the 3 kings fiesta. if you (or any nomads) are interested in looking at the house, we can meet you there.
i will try and get some assistance posting photos, as that is a feat that continues to flummox me.
meanwhile, i can send you photos directly if you u2u me your email address.

It's a wealthy community and has been since before the explosion of the middle class. It was and is an area for the wealthy to flaunt their affluence
with some homes the size of Buckingham Palace...Of course, there are more modest abodes. Nice area, for sure.

That sounds like a fair price given the location. Good luck with the sale.

thanks for the good wishes, ken. it is one of the most humble houses in the 'hood, so the buyer will be getting a good deal. as dennis said, there
are huge mansions all around; it's now just a matter of getting people to see it.
a couple more points. while it does not presently have one of those magnificent chapultepec views of the port and the city, the owner was planning to
build up (add a second story) and we know it can be done. also, except for the kitchen and bathrooms, flooring is wood laminate, helping with the
insulation.
will take some photos saturday and try and post them sunday (after 3 kings) or early next week.
