Tres Reyes Party in Punta Banda

I wish these pictures could capture half the joy and excitement brought to these kids by some wonderful Nomads. I have never been more proud to be a Nomad.

Wish I could learn how to post multiple pictures, but here's a link to see them:

Thanks, Ferna and Simone, for making it happen.

my favorite moment was when a child given a sweatshirt, accepted it with smiles and then pointed to another child and said, "he needs one too. he doesn't have any sweaters."

thanks to all the nomads, from ferna and simone, to bb2005 and bajamigo, hosea, bajakat, grover, dennis, doug, beachbum1, and others too numerous to mention on both sides of the border, who helped make this happen. it was a privilege to be able to experience the joy, and the smiles, and the glee, and the fun.

let's see how we top this next year! arriba nomads!!:bounce::bounce::bounce::bounce::bounce::tumble::tumble:

and a muy feliz 2008 to all:yes::yes::yes:

bajasammy, minnow, roberto, oso, jdtrotter, natalie ann, bajaguy, debnthedesert, elinvestig8, bigwooo, ford, jackson hewitt, hotel pueblo amigo, and so many others. You see, there I go naming names. It was a Baja Nomad event and I know first hand that sometimes I can't sponsor something because of time or money or something and I understand that not everyone can all the time, so to all Nomads,

To all the wonderful people who gave from their heart and also to those who couldn’t but were there in spirit. And to all the behind the scenes people who traveled to and fro picking up the gifts, delivering them, cataloging them, wrapping them. To those who stayed up late at night fretting if it would come off or not. For those of you who organized everything on the Ensenada side by preparing the food, securing the gathering place, and getting the children to the designated place. To those of you who did anything to bring this day forward you deserve a round of applause for your hard and dedicated work. I can only hope that the “Dia De Reyes” brought lots of smiles and sunshine to the children who through your generosity and caring made it all possible.

Sorry I couldn't be there but glad to contribute, I'm sure it was wisely invested and the returns exceed market expectations.:lol:
