BMG where did you find my fishing weight. I lost one just like that 40 years ago when I was fishing off of Colonia Vicente Guerrero. I used to use spark plugs as fishing weights. My fishing pole was a Fanta bottle wound with black and gray nylon string, two fishing hooks and a spark plug.

We used to use old spark plugs for weights ll the time when fishing off the rocks. My favorite fishing as a kid was by the warm water outlet in Redondo Beach, CA. The bonito used to circle around the outlet. We'd tie a plug on the end of the line and a big treble hook up about 3 feet. Cast out, let it sink a bit, and then jerk the rod hard. Would snag the fish and what a fight. You can't turn a fish that's not hooked in the mouth.

Anyway, I digress. Where do you want me to send your lost plug to?

bales of marijuana about 50 yards up from our beach. Within an hour most of elias calles was there including old ladies. About 4 - 5 hours later the police showed up and of course no one knew anything......it was a riot.

This was about 95 or 96 as I recall, my memory for that year is kinda shot...LOL

Ah I loved that movie...especially the crazed piano player. Must have seen it at least 3-4 times.

The other best thing we found was 3 washed up lobster traps with about 13 or 14 lobsters as I recall , we threw back the one female with eggs nu the beach near the rocks.

The rest we took over to some friends and had a royal pig out. The next day we brought the traps out to the fishermans beach and gave them back to the co-op.

ya never know what you are going to find out there. Lynna once found a note inside a bottle that someone from a cruise ship threw over board. We mailed it back to them and got a nice response.

Ah yes, Malarrimo. A good place indeed for flotsom and jetsom. I never found any jetsom but the flotsom was plenty. Crab traps abound as well as boat parts whale bones and the like. I hear folks have found glass floats there.
The current circulates well off shore and pulls stuff of a large stretch of water. I'd guess that this year with all these big storms and waves should produce copious amounts of goodies.
Do a search here for mo info. It's a great trip just air down before crossing the hitide areas.
It gets VERY windy there much of the year. Summer would be best for comfort.
