Homes in Loreto

The developer of Club Palmar in Loreto is developing 9 homes within the older section of Nopolo (Loreto Bay). 3BR and 4BR homes available in the low 300s, built by a quality builder (Jesus) located locally in Loreto. For more info, visit www.palmarloreto.com.

Talked to Developer; said that the 3BR home is at $320,000. Excellent value in what will be phase 4 of Loreto Bay in older section of Nopolo. About 2 blocks north and 2 blocks west of the old Whale's Inn.

I just saw one of their pickup trucks parked in front of the bank. The way they wrote their logo it loos like Villas Calamar! I did a triple take until I realized it was Palmar and not Calamar.
