Nice image, Ken. I hope you won't mind my adding a favorite airstrip of mine... the one at Alfonsina's in Bahia San Luis Gonzaga.

Really like both the pictures. Have not been to the ranch, but do want to go there----been to Alfonsinas but always by car----love the place.

It amazing to see these places from the air---such a different perspective and one I will probably never see on my own.

Thanks
Diane

Thanks Nena and Diane. Nena that is a magnificent photo of the beach/airstrip at Alfonsina's. From the shadows I would say late afternoon? Beautiful photo.

Good eye, Ken. We landed, I walked through the arch at Alfonsina's to see the beautiful lavender pink of sunset in the east.

Yes, late afternoon sometime around November?

Nena, you took that? Spectacular!

Yes, love that lavender pink sunset. It is now my desktop

Hope you all continue to post more shots from the air---such a different perspective.

Nope, Roberto, although the light is somewhat similar... it was mid-February, Valentine's Day I believe. This was my introduction to both flying Baja and Bahia Gonzaga - an amazing trip with this perfect beginning.

I asked Steve if this was my photo or his, and we're uncertain. I suspect it is one of his. I was pretty high on the flight and the landscape and was more into the "oh my god!"s than into the camera at that moment.:dudette:

Gosh Diane, that sky is really awesome. I like your perspective in that image. Way to open up the sky like that.

Love those photos from the sky----this is the view we get---a pilot we met at Alfonsinas saying good-bye.

Much more interesting from your flying perspective.

Hope to see more.
