Do you have a name? Maybe I know you. Maybe I've never heard of you.
Who are you?

You've caught me on one of my really bad days, riptide.
What is fully licensed? What does that mean here?
What are you insured for? I've never met a Mexican contractor who insured his work, or his car for that matter.
You're a realtor as well?
Where is your office. Who are your references?
Tell us about yourself before you fall into the abyss of Americans who come down here thinking they'll take the area by storm with their superior US training and knowledge.

I hope you're legit, Riptide. I hope you bring talent instead of misguided dreams.
Tell us all about you. Please.

hello all,

Just getting used to the reply on this site.

I have built thousands of track homes in the santa clarita area, many high end custom homes in the encino, beverly hills area, The city of bell gardens california, City hall, Rec- center and police department, foothill middle school in asuza california, and my last job before i called it quits with the crime and cig allerts, was the 75,000 sf fire crash rescue center at march air force base for the army corp of engineers.

Now fully licenced means, that I as an american went through the pain in the #$&@ and gone through the red tape and have a American owned Mexican corporation, licenced to operate in the fields of real estate, contruction and land development. i have equity in mexican bank, have a mexican Attorney and Accountant on retainer, and all my josites have building permits, posted, and all my workers are covered for your house under the equavalent of workers comp and much more..

I hope this answers your quistions. If not fell free to ask???

It also mentions that he's a heterosexual. That's important when you're digging a septic tank.
