Well Ray i hope Pat enjoys good health and if it means you need to stay close to USA - that's an important sacrifice.

Having tipped a few on MexRay's beach front patio i can attest that it will make a grand vaca getaway or even seasonal escape for some lucky folks at the asking $$. I doubt you could furnish a place current $s for what he has in it.
good luck in your transfer.

Ray, our best wishes for your wife's health improvement...and good luck on the sale of your palapa. That is a very nice location and I'm sure someone will grab it quickly. I'll pass the 'for sale' word around for you, too.

We are in Palapa #8, Ann & Bill are in Palapa #13....

In this view of the palapa rooftops, facing North from our palapa, Ann & Bill's is the one with the 5th wheel next to it, 5 palapas away.

When you drive into Playa los Naranjos, Palapa #1 is on the Right hand edge of the property - the south side, and our palapa # 8 is almost straight ahead as you come into the Campo property. Ann & Bill's would be to the Left.

Santaspac

Great pics! What a cool place you have.
Have not driven down in almost 3 years now. What do you mean about the closing of Playa Santaspac?
Thanks!

All of the palapas and dwellers there are gone! There is supposed to be a large development going in there.

Can you share what the yearly lease fee is and confirm what is does or does not include? Will this camp only offer year to year or will they provide up to 1 day less than 10 years? With all of the development along the prime baja beach spots, ideally you could obtain a longer lease to assure you have a place to hang your hat for an extended period of time.

Finally on the way to the beach...

...I expect to be at Playa los Naranjos the first of next week, March 3rd, or so, if anyone wants to stop by and take a peak at our Palapa #8...

Capt. Mike... what a great life you have my friend. Wish we could be there also.... saw Bob and Susan's bar when we stopped by there a while ago... but it wasn't stocked yet. But, we still had beers in that grande garage of theirs!
