I want to add avatar from my hard drive but when I go to edit my profile the only option is to enter a URL address. Any suggestions?

Bob,
I got mine by uploading it on imageshack, bringing it down to size and enter the URL that they provide.
Lots of other free websites to get that URL. Photobucket among them, a good one.
