Take the rest of the day off Von!! OOOPs, probably too late Thanks Diane,
Russ, and Cypress. Russ I have heard that the D40 is fantastic. I use a D70 for topside photos and really like it a lot. It has more features than
I will ever use. All of these photos were made with Nikon film cameras, the 8008, F3, and F5. I have one more "Part" to post in this round. I get
on these kicks of rooting around in my old slides and getting some of them into the computer.

whoa Ken!
I felt like I had to watch my step looking at the shot of Jesse on the bluff. Once again the depth you get in your photos is amazing. Beautiful.

Great shots Ken. My favorites? Catavina morning and the Gull.
I'm partial to morning and evening desert landscapes and so that's no surprise. The light on the foreground rocks is really important for balance.
The gull picture seems real simple at first but there's something about it that conveys just how beautifully they are put together. And how marvelous
flight must be. Captures the magic of their world. It's an image worth going back to and taking another look to see just to see if the magic is still
there.

Awesome pictures!
Today, Sunday, I took 384 pictures with my Nikon D40; the first time the 1 GIG card got full. I love the camera, and so far I've only used the preset
settings. Hope some day to take pictures like Ken Bondy...

Don't know how I missed these photos when you posted them, Ken.... but I am enjoying them this morning. Hands down my favorite is Sunrise at San
Francisquito.... I'm hoping for my first stay there in just a couple of months. You've got me really smiling in anticipation. Thanks

Dynamite, and bring to mind something I've wondered about : you think you're getting as good a dynamic range with your digitals as with film?

Thanks Larry. I think my RAW images with both the Nikon D70 and the Fuji S2 Pro are indistinguishable from a high-resolution scan of a Velvia slide
made with my Nikon Coolscan 4000 scanner.

Dates, Mike... so far I can tell you it will be in May. Exactly when we do not know... may not know until the day we're there, given
we like to fly as the spirit moves us. I'll stay in touch between now and then, and perhaps we can work something out. Would be fun to meet there,
huh?!
