Help...cannot find #

When you get pull over what is the # for help? A caravaner would like to have the #. I am in Chula Vista with issues and cannot find my copy.

Where's the highly touted 800 number that was supposed to be manned 24/7 by english speaking persons? You know, the one that the tourism reps and the mayor of Rosarito alluded to in their recent counteroffensive on all the "unfair" press the area was getting in the US.

Thanks.. Diane, very much appreciated...
Issues not serious, clutch fan for hill climbing not working correctly, so I bought a new one at Napa auto parts today. Will have it replaced some where in Ensenada or San Quintin...I am going to ask in a new thread. I have this bike, but I am so late now and my friends cannot change their departure time, I cannot stop in Bahia Asuncion:(:( I have to be there by the 10th...I feel really bad...

Hey,
We are more concerned with your mechanical problems! Bahia Asuncion and the bike club will still be there and we do hope you will visit in the future.

Hope you can get your RV fixed in Ensenada before the hills. Good luck, have a safe trip and stay in touch.

Diane

Al,
Isn't that the same problem you had last year when I saw you at the Serinidad? Hope you can get it fixed soon. Are you headed this way (Mulege)?

Art...your right in a way, the clutch fan was kicking in and I thought it might have been the transmission...after a while I realized it was all working as it should. I am now aware it is not working...it was going bad then, I guess, as it was kicking in too much. Exhaust from a large truck would cause it to engage.. Hopefully I can find someone in San Quintin to change it...only need it to climb hills. I may just remove my AC condenser too...have only turned it on once in 5 years:lol:

Al....

If you have an idea what time you could be in Maneadero, I can meet you with my mechanic. He's good. He's better when he has a Pacifico drinking audience.

Do you know where Costco Ensenada is? Their parking lot will be perfect.

Don't know what to tell you about San Quintin. I guess it will depend on the job.

Yes I plan on overnight the 9th, and will see your new owners...but without sail switch which is what I suspect is wrong, may only be able to advise...Maybe he/she is a quick learner and I could teach them how...after all this is not rocket mumbo jumbo.
