SUNSET CASITA ready for happy hour!

We finally finished (well, nothing is REALLY finished here) our newest rental...the Sunset Casita...located out here on the point with a full on view of the sunset over the pacific. This is a one bedroom place with a futon couch for guests and an awesome little rock patio overlooking the ocean...fabulous whale watching spot.

I think it may be a car going by Diver...although today someone is camping in front of your place in a tent...rocky spot! But the lots behind Trotters place are selling like pan caliente (hotcakes). There is a new woodlot going in and the folks between you and Trotters have bulldozed their lot too....poor little plants and pinacates! which will blow alot of sand on you...I wish people wouldn't do that...why not just clear the bit where they will build their house and leave the plants as is to stabilize the dunes. Our new little casita is directly above the little tiny cove where we have the panga moored.

Lovely image. Thanks,

Sitting here in Beaverton, birds now returning after our spurning their needs for the past four months. Rain stopped today and buds are forming and the crocuses are blooming......sping is in the air today!

Shari-

Glad it all worked out. I know there were a few bumps along the way. Beautiful weather here in San Diego this weekend with temps in the upper 70s makes being away a little bit easier.
