Dog Catchers in San Felipe

Just got an e-mail from SFAR - starting this Fri - thru the weekend - dog catchers from Mexicali will be picking up dogs found loose - they will not be killed - but foster care and adoptions are needed - if anyone knows of people who let thier dogs wander please let them know to keep them in or on a leash this weekend - all dogs picked up will get spayed or neutered & free rabies shots
