Here's cousin Huddo eating our breakfast of fresh mussels cooked in butter and wild Baja Onions with hot sauce and jalapenos...and of course the tequila chaser--that'll give you a rip-snortin' start to your day!

with refried beans made fresh that day, potato pancake, bacon, avo, salsa, egg over easy
need to surf for hours after that one
then pacificos

I have to agree with Dennis.

In Bahia I like fresh oysters off of the rocks, rinsed in the salt water, with a cerveza chaser.

In Tortugas, Abreojos or parts there about it's a can of sardines in tomato sauce and crackers, with a cerveza chaser.

In Punta Banda it's left over ceviche from El Paraiso that we bought the day before on our drive up from parts south. It has to be spread on crispy tortilla shells with mayo. You can guess the chaser.

If there's a restaurant near by, it's Chilaquiles.

If none of the above are available, then a Bloody Caesar fits the bill with almost all the food groups.

I'm a little hungry now.

Juevos con nopalitos work for me if a restaurant is an option. Otherwise, coffee, a banana, and oatmeal.
