Beach home for sale

Beautiful beach home for sale on the Pacific. 10 minutes from Todos Santos, Baja Sur. One hour north of Cabo San Lucas. 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, outdoor bar/kitchen and pool. Prisine beach in front of house. Surfing beaches close by. Great family and entertaining home. Plenty of room to build casitas on mountain side of property or just leave as is with mature banana and palm trees. Connected to water and power. Equiped with satellite system for U.S. tv channels, internet system and U.S. phone line. Leave the hussel and bussel behind or stay connected if you need to be. It's always fun to build your own home...but it can become very, very challenging down here. If we had it to do over again, we would of bought a home already built...why not arrive and start enjoying the Baja life instead of hasseling with building contractors. This was our dream home, but due to illness, we are forced to sell. Home is being sold furnished...just bring your personal belongings and you're ready to start living your dream. Worth much more...asking $997,000 usd. Please send inquiries U2U.

Ron....
I wish you a quick sale of your property. Is it on a bank trust and, are you in the fed zone with a concession? Just trying to round out your info.

Thanks Dennis. My wife holds dual citizenship, so the property is held in Mexican title. If buyer is foreigner, it's only a matter of opening up a bank trust.
