Email setup in Cabo San Lucas

I am using Outlook Express as my email program. As of a few months ago, I have only been able to recceive and not send emails. Does anyone know the new outgoing setting for Outlook Express? Thanks

Since you are able to receive, try this;

In Outlook Express click TOOLS, ACCOUNTS, MAIL tab, Properties, SERVER tab, Settings, click "use same settings as incoming" and apply.

Good luck !!
