Iguana Inn. Fabulous rooms. Great price and wonderful hosts. They will even accept your pets. Secure parking.
(I'm afraid our experience at Quinta San Francisco last Oct was less that acceptable. Hopefully just an off period for the owner but the room was incredibly dusty. We needed to wipe down the floors and tables. She did accept our pets though.)

Stay away from the Oasis, expensive for mediocre rooms, food and service.
