That is amazing.
Is the drop off to the sea as drastic as it looks in the pix. What are they going to do have slides, funiculars.....ah better yet burro rides.
I can certainly understand how someone would want a view of La Paz. It is stunning from afar!;D;)

Judging by the photos, it looks like the old development off the road to San Juan de la Costa. It is the dirt road that goes between two brick entrance ways towards the beach before the paved road encounters the Sea of Cortez, kinda north of and adjacent to the Rodriguez ranch. Lots of old cement power poles leading up to the dunes (look like sailboat masts...not visible from the paved road). Check it out for us Larry!

Wonder how they're planning to deal with a foot of water coming down onto that sod roof in the first hurricane... :wow:

You must have missed the part about the cisterns under the houses.

"Casas Vista and Casas Terraza additionally have aprox. 620 sq ft of underground storage and parking."

One WAY smaller than yours & mine....you can't swim, you can just get in & take two steps to reach the far wall! Only for cooling off, no room for exercise, unless you have a water pogo stick!

Happen to drive out that way yesterday and sure enough, there's a sign up where they are going to build. There was a modicum of activity, but as we breezed by it didn't look like much, if anything has been started yet.
Later, hubby picked up a brochure at Vista Properties in Centenario. Snappy...done on PhotoShop and looks like it exists. Rep said sales are going well.
