Adding Icon or Pic to our User Profile?

I notice that alot of the Nomads have a picture or Icon that pops up with their user name.

How do I add a pic to ours?

Thanks
Debby

Place the URL of an image no wider than 130 pixels and taller than 150 pixels into the place to specify this in your user profile.
