GPS with Baja Maps

Anyone hear of BCS maps for GPS? This would be for a car not a plane. I read an article in the Gringo Gazette a few months back someone was working on one, it gave their email address, but I haven't heard back from him/her....
My map shows the main highway and a few main cities, but no details....

I did a search and found this pretty quickly:

I actually bought the LB maps but have never gotten them to work properly, unfortunately.

Did it show you city streets, restaurants, etc? I remember before coming down here in Nov 07 finding something but needed a pc to download, of course after receiving the "keys", which of course I never received...

We bought LBmaps and it works great. Tons of detail. Only works on Garmin, tho. $48, last time I looked.

I'll have to check out what we have. All I know is my guy had to have this gizmo in the car. It's a Kenwood gadget that plays your DVD's, Ipod, radio, CD's and has a moving map display....I do remember Garmin mentioned somewhere in the mix, and it did seem to get us lost going through California.....
GPS in our other car works great! But it was not an after factory product.

I've got maps by anajere@bicimapas.com.mx, I've got them loaded on a 2g compact flash that I can pop in to my Garmin 2610 on my moto or car. Good maps with detailed streets for larger cities, it helped alot when traveling around La Paz last summer.

I went here at http://www.mexicomaps.com/ and bought the The Baja Expeditioner GPS Map for my Garmin Nuvi 250W. I have used it twice in Baja and it works great. They have other maps of Mexico too.
