National Park pass

My aunt and uncle have been traveling on their sailboat around the Sea of Cortez and would like info on an annual pass they have heard about for the park/islands. Any info out there? I have not heard of it in Loreto, just the day passes.
Gracias

Seen it at San Ignacio. Instead of daily wrist-band tickets good only for area, for price of about 4 or 5 days entry fee you can get a "passport" (glossy card, credit card size) that is good for other "national parks(???)" in Mex. Don't know if it is available in or recognized in all areas, like many things in Mex., who knows? Ask park or profepa staff, or ask local tour operators.
