La Bocana campground

Has anyone been to the campground at La Bocana in the last few weeks or so? Some friends were there two or three months ago and reported that there was barbed wire stretched across the campground.
So I'm wondering if the campground is "open" for camping now or if it is still closed and they're grazing some cattle there or whatever?
Or maybe someone has a phone number to call? Thanks.

Just do it!
