Baja AG to US AG's: "Stop deporting Mexican criminals back to Mexico
You can just file this one under chutzpah:
"Attorney General calls on the U.S. to stop deporting criminals
The U.S. authorities must prevent mass deportations because records show that over 56% of those deported were sentenced for crimes in the United
States, explained the Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) [Attorney General of Baja California].
Rommel Moreno Manjarrez said that in 2006 the Customs and Immigation Agency for the San Diego sector deported 16,476 persons and that 56% had been
convicted of crimes in the U.S..
During his participation in the National Meeting of Attorneys General of the U.S. in Providence, Rhode Island, he indicated that there is a need for
support from his counterparts in the United States and Canada to reduce the mass deportation of ex-convicts to Baja California. "
"It's an issue that greatly affects Baja California, because some of the deportees are criminals from the state prison systems in California, as well
as Nevada, Washington and Oregon," he said.
He added that they are deported even before completing their sentences, due to overcrowding in prisons throughout the United States.

Ya keep those damn criminals in the overcrowed California jails where they belong. Then they can have gang fights and kill each other like they are
suppose to.
There isn't enough cops or jails in Mexico to hold them all. It's cheaper to keep them in the US because if released in Mexico their new crimes will
reach us anyway.
Only deport good people back to Mexico. Especially if they are beautiful women. They can all be sent to baja.

Something seems lost in translation!
Quit deporting illegal Mexican criminals back to Mexico when they commit crimes in the US.
Has someone lost touch with justice?

Yes, after they serve their time with the California Department of Corrections, Mexican Nationals are deported---sent back to Mexico, but it is only
the Mexican Nationals. It is the same for nationals from other countries.
But it is always not so cut and dry----crime, status, judge, etc.
Also, many of my incarcerated students had been deported and often returned to the US before the end of the day.

This AG is an idiot. Must be running for office or something like that.
Return garbage from where it came from. That's what Mexico does with US garbage.
Where in hell is that fence?
