in san vicente. 2 doors north of the traffic light/pemex on the right as you go south. 1 dollar per scoop and about the best chocolate chip/vanilla flavored ice cream i have ever had. nothing like the crap they sell in america, and the pastachio wasn't bad either. this is now on our "must have" list as a we head south... mmmmmmm!
