Private beach directly in front

One of the only private beaches directly in front of a San Juanico residence with sandy bottom and a nice break right in front to boot (not the best photo of the surf, but you get the idea)!

Looks like 5th point, nice house, but you can still camp at 2nd or 3rd point for $9 per person.

Posted Photos as a favor...

Bajaumpaw: I am not renting the property...I put the photos of the house as a favor to the owner who is a new member of the board and they didn't know how to upload some photos.

Woody in OB: As far as a, "Private Beach" it was used as a description of the location of the beach out front of the rental. Woody, we all know the beaches in Baja are open. It is an "open beach", "private" only in the fact that there are very few buildings around it and hardley anyone uses it There are no guard towers. I apologize for using the word, "Private".

Mike, there are "pie-in-the-sky" plans for the future for an Airport, but for short-term, La Purisima is the airstrip most pilots are currently using. Yes, Carlos Fiesta is still flying.

805Greg: Yes, it is a nice house and yes, it is at Fifth Point. Please note that Campground fees are now 100 pesos/per person/per night to camp behind the Federal Zone markers.
