What is the fishing like there in late Sept early Oct.? What kinds of fish etc?

To be honest...I've never been there in late September. I would imagine it could still be a little hot. I keep a boat there and for fall I usually go late October or in November for yellowtail. Here are some pictures from our last trip in June:





I would wait if possible and go in October or November. If you go in November, keep an eye out for the winds!!! They can come up quickly!

I've have about 20 years experience in Baja but have never been to SF. I used to hang in San Lucas Cove and La Ventana the most. Even though I've fish Gonzaga, Chivato, Mulege, Loreto, Los Barriles. For the last few years I've been on the mainland in San Carlos. I was invited to go with a couple friends to SF and they choose the dates.
I'm hoping for some dorado, maybe roosters etc. Yellows would be fine but looking for other things.
