OK, some good news...and from fulano


The US is going to run a pilot program to relieve congestion at the border. On the weekends the commercial crossing at Otay is closed. They are going to run a pilot program and open 4 lanes at the commercial crossing for tourist traffic this Sunday, 7/29 from 5AM to 8PM.

If it works out, they will be opening the commercial gate on weekends for northbound tourist traffic.
