Pisco Sours

For 1 c-cktail:

1 ounce Pisco or light rum
1 & 1/2 TBLSP. superfine sugar
juice of 2 limes (about 1/3 cup)
1 egg white
1 dash bitters

Half fill an 8-ounce wine glass with ice. Transfer ice to a blender, add all the ingrediants except the bitters, and blend until smooth and frothy. Pour back into the wine glass and top with a dash of bitters.
