Two Emails from Antonio 'BajaCactus'

In the now closed thread: "Might be some bad news about a Nomad".

The thread was closed before Antonio could respond to it.

Diver expressed concern about Antonio... and

From Keri:

They might think it's about Antonio/BajaCactus

He lives in TJ and has a station in El Rosario. I thought about it also. Hope David k checks with him to make sure he is alright.k

==========================================

From Antonio, via email:

Bro,

Thank you so much for your concern…!!!

Thank God we are not involved in those news… they are referring to Mr. Rogelio Macias… he owned the Gas Station in Colonet and San Telmo… and he was building a new one at the south end of Col. Lazaro Card##as. He also owned several plantations and a few business in the US.

I tried to post this info on the board but for some reason the “Post Reply” option did not appeared for me in this thread.

I have been quite busy with the preparations for the construction of the BajaCactus Convenience Store…

===========================================

I thanked Antonio and asked if he would like me to share part of his email here:

I was unable to reply to the post… if you can please paste a part of my e-mail there… and please thank everyone for their concern, friendship and well whishes.

As soon as I clear my agenda a bit I will try to be more active of the board… Thanks!!!... For now, I am super busy preparing for the start of several activities at BajaCactus…

Hope to see you soon.

Glad to hear he is okay!!!
And busy and sucessful too. See everybody. Good things happen in Baja.

Very sorry to hear about Mr. Macias. My thoughts and prayers to his family.
I've stoped at those Pemex stations before and have been watching the new one being built.

Everytime I hear about this kind of thing it makes me wish I was some kind of cop or investigator. I would like to be smart enough to track those kidnapper/murderers and help bring them to justice.

This kind of thing does not make me afraid at all. It makes me extremely angry. I truly wish there was something I could do to help make the good people of Baja and all my Nomad friends safer.
