Por favor...

Let's not get on the negative bandwagon again, and 3rd. degree the owner over ownership, leases, fideicomisos, ATM's debits, etc.
Let the buyer decide if the deal is properly papered!

It might help a bit to know those little details before initiating the buying process.

The info I requested is essential to make this a complete and informative post.

I looked up what I could find about the location, project, agent and seller and found nothing?

It would be helpful to know more?

All I am saying, is let the buyer beware. The pertinent paperwork details should come out between the buyer and the seller. Let them hash it out.
Again, CAVEAT EMPTOR.:no::no:
Let's not drag out what could be a sweet deal of a house...unless one of the Nomads is planning on being a buyer

Sorry for the lack of photos - I tried several times to download the shots I have of the house, but with no success. I guess the file is too heavy. If you would like to see some pics, send me your email and I will forward them to you. Also, the address is: 223 Agueda in Residencial Paseos del Cortes, La Paz, BCS. Have a great day!

Phatty

There is a limit to file size on the board, you will to either upload photos that are about 50k each or post the images on flickr.com or picasa.com or any other image host and then post the link to the image here or use bb code noted on the left to post the image link.

Just upload the images to flickr.com and post the link. Its easy and takes moments. You'll likely appreciate the chance to show your property to a larger audience!

Have fun,

The advice I am about to give you is worth what you are paying for it.

I think you got your houses mixed up

There was a very small, local district house listed yesterday for $39k

This one has never shown a peep of a price,

alas....

Lighten up folks!

Asking price is $230,000 USD. My friend, Julie, the owner of the house, got it appraised at $290,000, but has lowered the price due to what she feels it's worth. It's totally worth it! (If I had the money and the intention of staying here in La Paz for years to come, I would snag this deal.... oh well). Are you looking at moving to La Paz? Know the area?

Check out this site for a front view photo of the house, and map of neighborhood:

Give me your input please, also if you know of anyone who would be interested, as my friend urgently needs to sell her house due to relocation. Thanks! Have a great weekend!
