what's the view from your campsite?

as seen from our springtime run way out there.... cropped and framed just so, as to keep the masses guessing.

let's see some shots of your recent digs.....

BOLA at Sunrise

One of my favorites - looking out the tent just before I get up and make some coffee...
I like that you can see the tips of the two kayaks in the lower right corner.
I'm headed down there in a few weeks.
Itchin' to go.

A few of the nicer camp views I've had:

Looking south from the Mag Bay Tours camp at Punta Hughes

Same camp, different day, my boat anchored in background

Early-morning view from first night's camp, descending Canon Tajo

Spending the night on the hook in a cove just north of Punta Sta Teresa between Mulege and Loreto--check out the hammock setup

On the bluff at Puerto Santo Tomas--not exactly a camp but close, with the bonfire and all

Looking downstream from camp in Canon Guadalupe

A few steps from camp in Guadalupe

On the bluff beside the "launch ramp" at Asuncion

Same morning

Oh, man...that is the best! There is NOTHING in the world like waking up to a sunrise like that, build a small fire, make some coffee (for me it's chocolate coffee), and watch the kaleidoscope of colors spread across the sky and the coast.
And think...life is good!

Reverse shot with the ocean at my back. Note the unspoiled area behind the truck/trailer, it's a beautiful valley.

Punta Cabras, actually just south by a mile (LongBeach)
