DORADO bite ON in Asuncion!!!!!!
WoooooHoooo...Juan is pretty excited about the dorado they caught today. On
thier first day of fishing, client Leo Evans from Ensenada landed a nice 30 pound bull dorado at San Roque Island. They were trolling for yellowtail
with a sardine type rapalla when he and his friend Rob both hooked into dorado....too bad the BIG one got away!
As usual, they limited out on both yellowtail and big calico. Upon arriving Leo says " Shari, you were right, this is a very fishy place...I've never
caught so many fish in my LIFE...they would have hit on an old shoe if I threw it out there!"
Rob is going back tomorrow for the dorado he lost today!
Ho hum...sushi AGAIN!

If you don't find away down here soon, you will be spending all you money at the doctor's office due to a nervous breakdown!
You have a really awful case of the "needs Baja" . Hope you can cure it soon with a trip down!
Beautiful fish Juan is holding!

Wow, I guess I need to ask Zac & Tracy if I can leave tomorrow and stay in their house. I'm sure I can do some chores in the afternoon after I
fish with Juan in the morning. There must be something I can do to prepare for the arrival of Gabriel Humberto. Maybe paint one of the walls in the
bedroom blue with little fishies swimming around.
What do you think Zac?

Looks more like a "she" than a "he" no? Seems to have the rounded head shape of a female coryphaena hippurus.
A quick stint on a hot grill is never a bad way to go.

How exciting is that? Does this mean we can have a Dorado Tournament?
Has Juan caught a Dorado in this area before Shari? I can just see Juan's face when he hauled that into the panga.
How long do you figure the Dorado will hang around for?

Shari,
Dorado is my absolute favorite, how cool. Hope they stick around for awhile.
What we see depends mainly on what we look for.
