I Haven't Seen This Posted Yet

Please excuse if I am repeating a news topic.

From Diane Gibbs newsletter:

"Dear Baja Friends and Neighbors,

President Calderon is on the scene of Baja this morning, arriving in TJ at 9:30 and on to Ensenada at 11:00 AM......The article below will fill you in on what is a huge opportunity for Mexico.

We have known this was in the works for a long while and we, as Realty Executives Gibbs and Associates, have been planning to open an office in Colonet.....Oddly enough, today, the very day this announcement has been made for the bidding being opened by the President, is the same day we are beginning the construction remodel of our Colonet office. We are on the main street as you go into Colonet. There is a car wash, Pemex, Hardware store and a restaurant there now. Not even a BANK is there!

Colonet is 93 miles south of Ensenada. Lou Sigur is relocating to that office from our South Rosarito Office and will be the manager there. See the LA Times article below!

Have a wonderful Labor Day weekend!"
